FL-1 Wholesale
Puducherry Beverages
A wholesaler supplying licensed dealers, with a godown behind it.
The wholesale channel and the counterparty rules — who an FL-1 may invoice, and why it may not invoice an FL-2 in another region. Its licence also permits godowns, which no FL-2 licence does.

FL-1 Retail counter
Anandha Wines
An FL-1 holder running its own retail counter as well.
Two statutory returns for one business day off ONE premises, because an FL-1 is one licence carrying two trading channels — it supplies other licensees and runs its own counter. Its licence lapses inside a month, so the dashboard is carrying the amber warning.

FL-2 Retail
Marina Wine Shop
A single retail vend — the shape most licensees are.
The plain daily bottle-count return, and a licence that permits one premises and no godown. In Karaikal, so its licence number is formatted for that region.

FL-2 Retail
Beach Road Bar & Restaurant
A retail shop with a bar — space for its customers to drink.
The same FL-2 retail licence as Marina Wine Shop, with the serving permission rule 118 prices separately: space to drink, and food and drink alongside. It files FL2RETAILSALE in bottles like any other FL-2, because a bar is a permission on a retail licence and not a licence of its own. The widest non-liquor shelf of the five, so both tax paths appear side by side on one bill. Nobody has recorded a licence expiry here, which raises nothing at all — that is deliberate.

FL-2 Tourism
Seaside Tourism Hotel
A hotel trading under the tourism-promotion licence.
The only premises on the platform that pours. It sells in millilitres and may not hand over a sealed bottle at all, so it is the one demo where the bar pad, the open-bottle draw and the ml consumption columns appear. Its licence has ALREADY EXPIRED, so every compliance surface is showing what that costs.

Everything here is temporary
These shops are shared, and everything done to them is wiped once a day — bills you ring, stock you receive, staff you add. If something looks odd, somebody else was here first; it will be back to normal tomorrow. The Seaside Tourism Hotel deliberately has an expired licence, so you can see what the app does about one.
Trying the shop counter
Counter staff do not sign in with an email — they use a staff code and a PIN at a terminal the shop has registered. To try it: sign in above, go to Settings → Counters and register this browser, then open the counter and use staff code cashier with PIN 1234.
What is switched off
A demo cannot send email or take a payment, and its sign-in details cannot be changed — they are printed on this page, so the next visitor would be locked out. Everything else works, including the excise returns and the Tally export.
